The purpose of this ( "Privacy Policy") is to inform users of our Site of the following:

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Article A37(1) of the GDPR as ("Forrest Art Studio")  core processing activities do not meet the mandatory criteria. (Forrest Art Studio) is under no legal obligation to appoint a DPO under Article 37 of the GDPR.

Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the given purpose.

12. How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved.

13. How We Protect Your Personal Data
In order to protect your security, our platform provider, "Squarespace" use the strongest available browser encryption (SSL Certificates) and store all of our data on servers in secure facilities. "Squarespace" take a continuously evolving approach to GDPR, to meet the demands as a Company and for its customers. All data is only accessible to their employees who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee's termination. Squarespace.com also uses cookies across our web and mobile apps to operate and secure our services and customize your experiences.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
